And I think it really highlights what I think is important and valuable about photography. She also has a follow up due to the response to the original post <a href="http://fototails.wordpress.com/2012/01/04/a-letter-on-my-door-step-the-follow-up/">here</a>. I know I am currently in a place personally where my status as a &#8220;professional&#8221; photographer is in flux: I&#8217;ve had to return to school and I am working on alternative career paths to provide for my family and our debt load but I found the piece touching and inspiring to continue making memories for those that I have the good fortune to be able to work for.</p>
